The establishment of Rapley Wilkinson Civil + Infrastructure in August 2008 was in response to growing levels of inquiry from clients familiar with the company’s long experience with remote and regional property development and construction.

Over a period of more than 30 years, Rapley Wilkinson has developed a solid reputation for providing sound advice on civil and infrastructure issues, which has enabled the company’s development and construction projects to proceed efficiently and the completed project to work effectively.

It was only a short step for the company to establish its own civil and infrastructure operation to provide a more comprehensive service to government, resources companies, and other private sector organisations.

Focus

The focus of Rapley Wilkinson Civil + Infrastructure is:

• Remote area in-situ construction of commercial buildings such as offices and kitchens / diners, and operational buildings such as workshops, warehouses, service stations and AN Stores; andHeavy concrete structures such as footings, pedestals and enclosures;
• Earthworks and services for, and installation of, transportable buildings and associated structures;
• Remote commercial projects such as schools, shopping centres and municipal buildings.

Management

The C+I Division is led by a highly qualified and experienced management team that has successfully completed significant projects for major resources companies in the Pilbara and numerous government projects across the State including award winning projects requiring exacting standards for BHP Billiton.
