Peppermint Grove Beach
Located at the entrance to one of the South West’s best coastal hamlets, the 12 ha Peppermint Grove Beach site is uniquely located within two hours drive south of Perth at the door to the State’s famous Margaret River wine region.
Currently in the planning stage, the development will include resort-style holiday units, caravan and camping areas and limited residential sites to create an integrated seaside village.
It is envisaged that the resort would include two heated swimming pools, BBQ facilities, amphitheatre / event space, café / restaurant, and convenience store.
The resort development is intended for investment and short stay accommodation with owners able to stay three months a year. For the remainder of the year, owners’ properties can be rented by the resort management to provide investment income.
