Parkland Rise – Herdsman Business Park

Rapley Wilkinson’s $34.5 million Parkland Rise office development will raise the bar and set a new standard for quality office accommodation in the Herdsman Lake business precinct.

Parkland Rise is under construction and is expected to be completed in late 2009.

The building will have four and a half levels of office totalling 4,800m² plus three levels for carparking with 147 secure bays. A full floor plate will provide 1,076m².

The attractive design is visually distinctive with external cladding featuring solid panels arranged with a pattern glazed façade, and highlighted with various coloured vertical and horizontal shade elements.

Rapley Wilkinson will amalgamate its several business divisions (currently operating from two separate office locations) on one floor, leaving three and a half floors available for rent to other tenants.

The building has a premier location, within walking distance of Herdsman Lake, Scarborough Beach Road and the Glendalough Train Station and will accommodate in excess of 200 people.
