Residential Estate - North Yunderup
This 51 ha site on the banks of the Murray River will be developed into approximately 500 lots ranging in size from 300 to 700m².
A village centre will be developed around a proposed inlet off the river, and will provide amenity to the development and the adjacent North Yunderup Township.
The development will feature a mixed use village square, connectivity with the Murray River and Peel Inlet waterways, close proximity to the Perth to Bunbury Highway and planned regional sporting and recreational facilities, and regional open space.
The mixed lot sizes of the residential development will allow a range of housing types from apartments, townhouses and traditional suburban residential.
Rezoning applications are currently under assessment.
Development timetable is yet to be determined.
