5 Residential Estates – Karratha
 Being an integral part of the Karratha community for over 20 years, Rapley Wilkinson identified the need for new housing in the town to meet the anticipated population growth resulting form the resource sector expansion in the region.
It set about identifying sites, negotiating with state and local authorities, native land owners and service utilities to deliver housing lots.
A strategic alliance with Clough Property was formed to create the Rapley Clough Joint Venture.
Since 2001 this partnership has created 628 residential lots, including 111 group housing lots in 5 land estates throughout Karratha:
Nichol – 49 lots
Rosemary Gardens – 112 lots
Hillcrest Estate – 294 lots
Millars Well – 139 lots
Ashton Private Estate – 34 lots
The last of the lots was sold in August 2006.
Rapley Clough JV managed the acquisition of the land, the sub division planning and approvals, coordinated services infrastructure and implemented the hugely successful marketing and sales campaigns.
The company’s experience and expertise in remote area construction was brought to the forefront and was a key component in the success of the developments.
Rapley Wilkinson continues to have a significant presence in the town with many of the land purchasers contracting Rapley Wilkinson to construct homes in these estates.
