Showrooms - BroomeBased on Rapley Wilkinson’s track record of completing projects on time and budget, the company was awarded a contract by negotiation to construct a 1,000m² showroom designed to accommodate three separate tenancies.
The glass-fronted facility was constructed of structural steel with Colorbond walls and roof.

Grand Cinema Complex, Bunbury
A two cinema extension to the Grand Cinemas in Bunbury using 10 metre high concrete tilt panels with structural steel roof framing.
A new projection room was installed on a suspended slab six metres off the ground floor.
Precast delta floor panels were manufactured in Perth and transported to Bunbury to create the tiered seating and seating platforms.
Internal bird cage scaffold was erected in each cinema to allow mechanical services, electrical cabling, lights, suspended ceiling and painting to be completed.
All work was undertaken whilst the cinema remained operational.

Coral Bay Shopping Centre
A beachfront shopping centre consisting of four tenancies.
The centre is constructed of texture-coated blockwork to dado height with Hardiplank Weatherboard above, topped with a Colorbond roof and Colorbond roller shutters to the shop frontages.
The isolation of the project required all equipment, supplies, and trades to be transported to the site - including a concrete batching plant.

Blockbuster Video, Broome
Retail shop with associated offices constructed of rendered blockwork to dado height with steel wall frames and Colorbond cladding above.
The steel-framed roof is clad in Colorbond sheeting.
The bitumen carpark caters for 25 vehicles and a drive through facility is incorporated into the building.

Cable Beach Tea Rooms, Broome
Public restaurant consisting of two dining rooms, one tea room, take away kiosk and commercial kitchens.
Building constructed in concrete blockwork and custom-orb roof.
Heavy duty aluminum bifold doors wrap around 60% of the perimeter of the building giving views to the popular Cable Beach.
This building was constructed in four months to meet the owners requested completion date of July 2000.
