Lotteries House, Karratha
A single-level office complex of nearly 700 square metres consisting of various-sized office suites for up to 10 primary tenants.
Each tenancy consists of private offices and general administration areas.
The building’s entry and reception area separates the office suites from several meeting rooms of different sizes, all serviced by a large adjoining kitchen.
The contract included access roads, car parking and landscaping in addition to the building, which is for the use of community groups.

Roberts Road Office Complex, Subiaco
This landmark building opposite the Subiaco rail station is a three level office complex constructed of precast concrete panels with suspended floors plus a basement car park.
The building is distinguished by a textured coating on the exterior walls, balconies on levels two and three plus sunscreens above the windows facing Roberts Road and a nine metre high louvered aluminium sunscreen at the front entrance.
Superior finishes are carried through to the interior including zoned air conditioning and separate amenities on each floor.

Offices, Broome
Two level real estate offices with a timber deck balcony in the heart of Chinatown.
Constructed of steel wall frames, timber roof trusses with Colorbond walls and roof.
The contract required the building to be fitted out with offices, workstations with desks, partitioning and a kitchen.

Cannington Greyhounds Administration Building
An exhibition hall and office administration constructed in brick and block walls with cement sheet curtain walling to high level areas.
Face brickwork complemented with lean-to buttress brick piers.
The building is finished with a spring curved Zincalume roof, which is a major feature of the Exhibition Hall.
